Life with boys. Married to one, raising one, and one that is brand new. Gotta love it.

I am 30 years old, married with children. If the 20's are for finding yourself, I think it's happened just in time. Up til now I've kind of felt like a poser. But, these boys . . . Ry, G, & O . . . they've helped me become who I'm supposed to be. Being part of their lives, helping them know they are precious and loved is what I am supposed to do. Everything else is extra to that primary goal.

Stories including Poo

I debated even writing about my morning because not everyone reading this has kids. And I'm rooting for some of them to GET ON WITH IT. (j/k) But, then I thought about my sisters stories about her cat, Meggie's bodily fluids, and seriously, this doesn't come close to most of those. And since most people atleast have had pets, this can be stomached in the same category.

Little Graham was running around the house with his new "ball-lue" (I don't know if he's saying Ball, or Blue) and I noticed he had the pungent smell of poo lingering after him. This is pretty common, as he's usually pretty regular in the morning. But, as I brought him upstairs, my arm felt a bit damp, and I thought he may have leaked a little. I put him on the changing table, unsnapped his pajamas . . . There is Poo everywhere, I mean everywhere. Up his leg, caked onto his pajamas, all over his back . . . Graham is freaking out because he had to leave the show Diego playing downstairs, so he is not making my attempt to undress him from the bio-hazardous pajamas easy at all. It is apparant that he will need a bath, because the 17 diaper wipes I used weren't getting the job done. So, I clean him up as well as I can for the time being, try to avoid the poo that is now everywere and start drawing the water for his bath. I let Graham run around naked because there is no way he could have anything left to exude from his body-

Or is there?

I look across the bathroom from my position in front of the toilet. (I had been trying to get off some of the poo from the pj's by dipping it in the toilet and using the toilet brush to plunge off the poo) and Graham is looking down at himself and what is occuring. He has now peed a pool that a small child could drown in. Does the fun ever end?

We can so relate to this story. And now, remember infants... how they shoot poop and pee at you while you are changing their diaper..>> Oh if you have forgotten you will soon see !

I don't see how Meggie's bodily dysfunctions are worse than that! I certainly never have to clean her up.....Boyd does! :)
Very funny story.
