me&myBoys

Life with boys. Married to one, raising one, and one that is brand new. Gotta love it.

I am 30 years old, married with children. If the 20's are for finding yourself, I think it's happened just in time. Up til now I've kind of felt like a poser. But, these boys . . . Ry, G, & O . . . they've helped me become who I'm supposed to be. Being part of their lives, helping them know they are precious and loved is what I am supposed to do. Everything else is extra to that primary goal.

BFF

They were the best of friends, and the worst of friends . . . have I heard that somewhere?

Little Graham and buddy Grey. They love to play together, but oh, the competition. It's Grey's toy, no! Graham's toy! Graham's Grandpa, no! Grey's Grandpa. So on and So forth. Over & over.

Janelle, & Darren, and Ry and I are watching the 2 boys closely. a little healthy rivalry doesn't necessarily hurt anything, but these two little guys are pushing it. And Graham, such a stinker! I would never have believed it, had I not heard some of the stuff come out of his angelic little mouth. He knows exactly how to push Grey's buttons, and he revels in doing it. For example, Little Grey was trying to make conversation, he mentions how very fast lightning McQueen is (the talking red race car) But Graham, who is CONSTANTLY making car noises, racing toy cars across the wood floor, watching nascar and repeating "Cars! Fast! Cars!" looks at Grey with a straight face and says "Is not fast".

Sorry Shannon, I'm Kim Anderson. I graduated from Hamlin High School. My brother is Zach, he's friends with your brother Dustin. Sorry if I made you uncomfortable. That information is personal I know I'm sorry.

No problem, Kim! I don't mind at all, I was just teasing to find out who was out there :-) Thanks for commenting! Ry and I met through Ryan's cousin, Robb, who also graduated fr Hamlin. Robb & Teresa (his future wife) went to the movie, Grumpy Old Men with us on our first date.

What are you up to these days? How is Zach?

Shannon,

I'm going to school at SDSU for nursing. I'm in the program and am really busy with that. I love it!! It's so fun!! I'm not going to be graduating for another 2.5 years though so I'll be 24 years old when I graduate. I'd have been in school for 5.5 years. That seems long but it was hard getting into the program. Zach is getting married on Feb 17th to Nicole. They been dating for 6 years. I'm excited about that I finally get a sister!! They live in Sioux City, IA and Zach got his MBA from USD this summer and is working at the Argosi Casino as a staff accountant there. They have a beautiful home.
Shannon, you have a beautiful family. You are very blest!
Kim

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times . . . (A Tale of Two Cities)—oh those high school memories. :)

Could those boys be any cuter? Cole would love playing with them if we all lived closer. Cars—FAST CARS—is what he is all about.
